Sendr Network is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that connects brands with verified content creators in the Cardano ecosystem for influencer marketing campaigns.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Content creator verification and onboarding
• Campaign management and coordination
• Payment processing and distribution
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Community governance participation

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Content creators retain ownership of their original content. By participating in campaigns, you grant Sendr Network a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content for campaign purposes.

All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sendr DAO Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through the Cardano blockchain using ADA and other supported tokens. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Content creators are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sendr DAO Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our platform or by email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
